About Cixi Hongchang Electronic Founded in 1990, we entered the line of business of the PCB in siren, informative light and other security components. At the end of 2000, we have started producing the sirens and exporting them ever since then. In 2006, we regrouped the factory and renamed Cixi Hongchang Electronic Co., Ltd.
